This thing is amazing! The sooner you use it to the time you get a bite the more effective it is. It really works. It removes the itch completely for as long as 12 hours. It's quick, easy and effective. If you don't like scratching bites, buy this!

I bought this unit to aid in minor flea control and it did a great job! There is something satisfying seeing those little devils stuck fast and knowing they won't be bothering my dogs. But then I discovered a fantastic additional use for it by accident. I had left it off after the fleas had moved on but was suddenly faced with a new problem - pantry moths, or clothes moths or millers or whatever your region calls those little moths that invade everywhere they can find.

This year the blasted things even got into my bird food! I remembered the flea trap, sat it on the sink instead of the floor, and next morning it had so many moths I had to change the trap paper. After three days it had those pesky little buggers under control and as an added bonus it was also trapping the spiders that tend to move into the house in fall.

So yeah, I know it's marketed as a flea trap and if you use it right it will do a great job on those, but leave it turned on as the weather cools down and you might find it takes care of problems you didn't even know you had before those get out of control.

I've got a weird but handy tip for you. I've been through the ringer with fleas on our three pets and in our house too. Spent tons of money and never been able to even make a dent in the flea problem. Until I got this one inexpensive and ingenious device--and it DOES NOT involve toxic chemicals.

You plug it in near where your pets like to hang out. The fleas jump OFF of your pets and toward the warmth of the lightbulb. They get stuck on the flypaper in the bottom of the flea-trap, and in a week or two, no more fleas ANYWHERE. I still cannot believe how well this simple thing works. You can also buy replacement flypaper inserts, but still very inexpensive. Less than the cost of flea meds for ONE PET.

This one device meant no more buying and applying scary chemicals to our beloved creatures. The fleas are JUST GONE. Now, what I don't understand is why the company that makes this device does not market it as the cure for household fleas that it really is.
